Take Route 15 south to Sparta. Head north and east on Main St and then turn right onto Glen Road. As the road starts up a hill watch for Sparta Glen Park on the left. Park at the second parking area which will be on the right. Walk across the road to the well groomed trail. A short walk will get you to a T. Turn right and follow the trail as it winds around the high point. At about .3 miles a path turns almost 90 degrees to the left. Follow this prominent path to a rocky outcrop that acts as a nice viewpoint. The high point is a little further on down the trail on an almost flat summit. Reverse your route to get back to the car.
